The World Art Museum is one of the museums in the Sardar Asemani Cultural Museum Complex and one of the few museums in Iran that deals with the subject of world art, taking into account its various dimensions and characteristics. In this museum, the world art is displayed showing aesthetic aspects of human life, and special skills and creativity of people from around the globe. Art serves as a common language among the people of the world and a tool to manifest human life and spirits. Therefore, the emphasis here is not on a particular type of art at a particular point in time or on a particular style and method of creating a work of art, but rather on a variety of arts, in the form of artworks that have accompanied each other and interacted throughout history in different places and at different times.

The area of this museum consists of about 1400 square meters of floor space and 700 square meters of mezzanine. On the ground floor, works of art from different countries and civilizations of the world are displayed, and in the northern mezzanine, Islamic art is on display.

The items in this museum are about 400 unique works of art that have been selected from the treasuries of the Cultural Institute of Museums. Geographically, we see artifacts from all over the world, and historically, the collection of these objects can span a wide period from about the fourth millennium BC to the twentieth century.
